Review Process
ARC Publishing Services does not publish any manuscript without first completing a peer review. Every paper submitted to the journal is sent to one or more independent reviewers who have knowledge of the subject area of the manuscript. The purpose of this review is to examine the quality and suitability of the work for publication.
Authors are expected to present their work clearly and in a readable form. Since publication is intended to share research and technical knowledge, unclear writing or unnecessary complexity should be avoided. Information that is not essential to the main text, such as detailed proofs, calculations, or extended explanations, should be placed in appendices.
Steps of Review Process
1. Manuscript Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts to the journal through the prescribed submission system or official email, following the journal’s guidelines.
2. Initial Editorial Screening
The editorial office conducts a preliminary check to ensure that the manuscript fits the journal’s scope, follows formatting requirements, and meets basic ethical and academic standards.
3. Assignment to Reviewers
After initial screening, the manuscript is assigned to one or more independent reviewers who have relevant expertise in the subject area.
4. Double-Blind Peer Review
The journal follows a double-blind peer review system, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential to ensure impartial and unbiased evaluation.
5. Reviewer Evaluation
Reviewers assess the manuscript for originality, quality of research, clarity of presentation, relevance, and academic contribution. They submit detailed comments and recommendations to the editor.
6. Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewer's reports, the editor evaluates the manuscript and makes a decision. The decision may include acceptance, a request for minor or major revisions, or rejection.
7. Communication to Authors
The editorial decision, along with reviewer comments, is communicated to the author for necessary action.
8. Revision by Authors
If revisions are required, authors revise the manuscript and submit a revised version, addressing the reviewers’ and editor’s comments.
9. Final Review and Approval
The revised manuscript is reviewed by the editor and, if necessary, by the reviewers to ensure that all concerns have been adequately addressed.
10. Acceptance and Publication
Once the manuscript meets all editorial and review requirements, it is accepted for publication and processed for online publication.
After completion of review process, the editor evaluates the reviewers’ comments and communicates the decision to the author. A manuscript may be accepted without revision, accepted subject to minor or major revisions (with additional review if required), or rejected. Reviewer comments are shared with authors to support the improvement of their work. When submitting a revised manuscript, authors are expected to clearly address all comments and explain any recommendations that have not been incorporated. Manuscripts that have been previously published, copyrighted, or accepted elsewhere are not considered for publication.
The review process is conducted fairly and transparently, ensuring equal opportunity for all authors. Editorial decisions and publication scheduling are based solely on the outcome of peer review and academic merit, without the influence of additional criteria. While the editorial board is committed to a timely review process, speed is not prioritized at the expense of careful and objective evaluation. The review process takes a maximum a week.
