  • Manuscripts are accepted only through the journal’s designated online submission system or the official editorial email address published on the website.

  • Submissions received via alternative or unauthorized channels will not be considered for review.

  • Authors are required to consult and adhere to the journal’s Author Guidelines prior to manuscript submission.

Online Publication

  • The journal publishes issues on a quarterly basis.

  • Publication schedules may be subject to minor changes due to editorial or production requirements.

  • Authors will be notified by email upon publication and are advised to check both their inbox and spam folders.

  • Once an article is published, withdrawal is generally not permitted, except in cases involving ethical concerns or editorial decisions in line with journal policies.

Amendments and Withdrawals

If concerns relating to ethical standards, factual accuracy, or research integrity arise after publication, the journal will address the matter in accordance with its Publication Ethics Policy. Such actions may include issuing a correction or, where necessary, retracting the article.

Refund Policy

Fees charged for optional services, including print copies or supplementary processing, are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. Information regarding any additional charges is communicated to authors in advance.

Privacy and Data Use
